应铁进,教授,博士生导师。中国园艺学会采后分会理事,浙江省食品学会常务理事,浙江大学食品科学与发酵工程研究所副所长。1982年于浙江农业大学获农学士学位;1985年于菲律宾大学(UP Los Banos)获食品与营养硕士学位; 1998年于浙江大学获博士学位。自1985年起从事果蔬成熟与衰老的分子生物学、品质生理与技术以及冷链物流方面的教学和科研工作。1996-1997年为英国诺丁汉大学BBSRC 植物基因调控研究室的访问学者。
主要研究方向包括果蔬运输生理适应性、植物激素乙烯的信号感受与转导、果蔬质构与品质的生理与分子生物学、非化学保鲜手段的生理学基础、冷链物流技术与装备等。主持国家科技支撑计划、863计划、国家自然科学基金和浙江省重大专项等等20多项科研项目主要研究方向包括果蔬运输生理适应性、植物激素乙烯的信号感受与转导、果蔬质构与品质的生理与分子生物学、非化学保鲜手段的生理学基础、冷链物流技术与装备等。主持国家科技支撑计划、863计划、国家自然科学基金和浙江省重大专项等等20多项科。已发表论文104篇,其中SCI收录27篇, EI 收录8篇。编写论著9本。获国家科技进步二等奖一项,浙江省科技进步奖多项,获得发明专利多项。
